Day-Of Event Coordination
The only way to truly enjoy your wedding or special event is to be a part of it. Let us put together all those special details and finishing touches and help orchestrate a wonderful experience for you and your guests! Here is what you can expect from us at Pacific Aisles one month before your special day:
- Complimentary Initial Consultation to discuss overall event and general wedding details, (approximately 1 hour)
- Unlimited E-mail and Phone Consultation 1 month before your wedding or event date
- Final Meeting approximately two to three weeks before your weeding or event date to review final details
- Final Vendor Confirmation
- Comprehensive Wedding or Event Day Timeline Creation for bridal party and vendors
- Complimentary Marriage License Assistance and Name Change Information
- Ceremony Rehearsal Assistance and Direction, approximately 1 hour
- Wedding Services Debriefing, approximately 1/2 hour
A Wedding Day Coordinator plus One Assistant will help with the following services on the day of your wedding or special event:
- Event Set Up and Break Down Management (non-heavy labor only)
- Event Detail and Aesthetic Organization: set up of personal items such as escort cards, table numbers, menus, and favors
- Personal Floral Distribution on site, as needed
- Guest Arrival and Seating Facilitation
- Gift, Gift Card and Personal Item Facilitation
- Vendor, Venue Manager, Banquet Captain, Banquet Staff and Emcee Coordination
- Facilitate and Prompt Necessary Cues for any program details, such as ceremony processional, speeches and toasts
- Final Vendor Payment and Gratuity Distribution
- Wedding Day Emergency Kit
