Why do I need a wedding planner?
Once you see all the benefits that come with enlisting the help of a wedding planner, you’ll soon discover why you can’t do without! Stress less knowing that you have an ally in your corner that has already done the research, can provide you with tips and ideas, give you advice, negotiate fees, keep you organized, schedule meetings for you, plan and track your budget and ensure a seamless event. You should have time left over to enjoy your engagement and, most of all, each other.

I already know what I want for my wedding, why do I still need a wedding coordinator?
Knowing what you want is one thing. Seeing it to reality is another. Even if you’ve already chosen your wedding vendors, having a planner is a priceless benefit. Whether you’re a local or destination couple, having someone who knows the industry and what it has to offer will be your most valuable resource. Whatever you’re looking for we can find!

Why shouldn’t I have friends and family coordinate my wedding?
It’s been our experience that while your friends and family have the best intentions, putting them in charge of your wedding is less than ideal. We’ve found that at the critical set up time about an hour or two before the wedding, friends and family who are put in charge often disappear… to get themselves ready! And while this is understandable, it helps to have someone there that is more concerned about the table settings than getting themselves dressed. Besides, friends and family should be enjoying the celebration rather than worrying about it.

Can I afford a wedding coordinator?
In the grand scheme of all things wedding, hiring your coordinator will be the best money you spend! What you are buying is peace of mind - a sense of well-being, that things are under control on your wedding day - so that you can enjoy it to the max. Having a wedding coordinator who has "done this a few times" will help you consider all the details most people don't even realize need to be attended to. So whether you are just starting to plan your wedding, or you are most of the way through, the expense of hiring a planner is, in hindsight, always a happy indulgence.

What experience do you have?
Intimate barefoot beach weddings to elegant ceremonies & receptions, traditional to unique and exotic, we’ve done it all. OUR wedding experience will ensure that YOUR wedding experience is a joyful (and stress-free) one.

Do you plan other special events?
Although weddings are our specialty, we’ve had the pleasure of planning and coordinating everything from baby lu‘aus to large corporate events and other social gatherings.

What forms of payment do you accept?
At this time, Pacific Aisles accepts checks and money orders made payable to Pacific Aisles, Inc.

Will I lose control of the planning process if I hire Pacific Aisles?
The last thing we want to be is someone telling you what to do and how to do it. After all, this is YOUR wedding and this special event should be everything you want it to be. You make the decisions, and we’ll bring them to reality!

What if I don’t live in Hawaii and want to get married there? What if my family lives in a different town? Planning a destination wedding in Hawaii is tough and definitely stressful to do on your own. With Pacific Aisles, planning a Hawaiian Island Wedding from a distance couldn’t be easier. We’ll even help with travel and accommodation arrangements as well as island activity arrangements for a fun and flawless destination event. We will communicate with you every step of the way via Email, Phone, Fax - whatever necessary to get the job done!

How will you keep us updated on the progress of our wedding planning?
Once you’ve become a Pacific Aisles Client, you’ll never be left in the dark. Constant communication is key and during critical planning periods, you and your planner will become new best friends! During down time, your planner will keep you informed of vendor progress and logistical changes.

What happens should my planner become ill or otherwise unable to complete the work?
A team of professional wedding coordinators stands behind Pacific Aisles, each available for support should the need arise.

Will you be there throughout the rehearsal & wedding day? Is this included in your fee?
Our presence at the rehearsal and wedding day is assured and included in our fees... in fact, typically we will INSIST on a rehearsal even if you don't think you need one!

How will you be attired for our wedding?
We dress to fit the occasion. For formal affairs we dress up in cocktail attire, and for casual affairs, we dress down in professional attire. Either way, our objective is to blend into the woodwork, not draw attention to ourselves!

Can you be hired for just an initial or one time consultation or for the wedding day only?
We have decided that concentrating on full-service coordination and event design is the best way to serve our clientele. For this reason, we have determined that offering a one-time consultation service or day-of only service is not the direction Pacific Aisles is meant to move in. If you are looking for this type of service, we would be happy to try to direct you to colleagues in our industry who do offer these types of plans!

Are costs such as telephone and postage included in your fee?
Yes, of course, unless you require expedited shipping for tight deadlines. We will do our best to avoid these situations, but there may be instances where this will be necessary. We will warn you if this is the case!

Will you direct the wedding rehearsal?
To assure that everything runs smoothly, we will be there to direct your rehearsal and make sure that everyone knows what is required of him or her. In some cases, your wedding officiant or minister will direct your rehearsal in our presence.

How do you handle last minute challenges and emergencies?
We handle any challenges as quickly and seamlessly as possible without drawing more attention to the situation. You can relax and enjoy your special day knowing that contingency plans and back ups will
be in place before your wedding day. In addition, our wedding survival kit can handle most situations.
