The Wedding Belles

Pacific Aisles is a joint venture that started with the combined creative talents of Christina Lei Hassing and Maggie A Campolong. As two of Hawaii’s most respected wedding planners, these ladies have quickly built an impressive body of work. They are now well on their way to building a strong support team, too!

Christina Lei Hassing
Born and raised in the Islands, Christina briefly migrated to the great midwest where she received her business degree from Creighton University. Creighton nurtured two things in Christina: an entrepreneurial spirit and cold feet! Eager to stick those feet back in warm Hawaiian waters, Christina chose O‘ahu as her permanent playground and never looked back. When her best friend got engaged, Christina’s life changed forever. Planning this wedding was the experience that became the foundation of Pacific Aisles. “I just loved the feeling I got seeing everything come together perfectly as planned for the newlyweds. It’s just a magical place in time where everyone is relaxed, everyone is feeling good and everyone is having a blast, and I was thrilled to have made that possible for them.” So, Christina got chicken skin for the last time, and her extensive experience in catering, banquets, event planning, marketing and business management was born into a new adventure: Pacific Aisles.

Maggie A Campolong
A native New Yorker, Maggie knows what it means to take a plunge. After relocating to Hawaii and immersing herself in the Polynesian culture, she has seen the intrigue of the islands as a mainlander, and has inherited the love of the islands as a resident. Maggie is formally trained as a graphic designer and photographer, earning her BFA from upstate New York’s Alfred University, School of Art and Design. It is this artful eye and love for the idea of love that has drawn her to weddings. “To be able to bring my creative nature into play while helping couples realize their fantasy wedding day is an amazing buzz. Designing weddings and events has become this incredible artistic outlet for me." Maggie has also started designing custom letterpress invitations for select clients, really impacting these wedding visually in EVERY aspect. Recently Maggie hit the trail again, paving her way to Seattle and opening up the first West Coast Pacific Aisles office!
